We finished the pre-tracking for the next record and have begun to work through each song and really put some time into making these songs explode. We have been working with our good friend Dave Hughes again on all of these new tracks and things are sounding amazing. Throughout April we will be in the studio to record the final version of the record. We don't have a title or a release date quite yet, but it's all soon to come. As soon as this new record is released we will be setting up dates all over and hitting the stage throughout spring and on into summer. Seriously anxious and excited about sharing all of these new songs with everyone. We can't wait to hit the stage and see all of you out on the road. So much more to come!

Help AP donate to the Haiti Disaster Relief fund by Red Cross. It's insanely simple!
SMS text “HAITI” to 90999 to donate $10 to Red Cross relief effort. It's easy and $10 is nothing to us here in the US... that's like two drinks at the bar, seriously! Or the price of two Starbucks drinks. You text in and it gets deducted from your next phone bill just like downloading a ringtone. EASY!

We had an insane time last night with a friends SOA & ALITA and all the crazy characters that showed up to get wild. Another crazy night of memories in the books! We just confirmed a deal with Props Visual (BMX video magazine) to get our music used on a BMX video DVD that will be inserted into the packaging for Finger Bikes. (Little BMX bike toys, look em up.) That means these DVDs will be in stores worldwide and included with the mini Finger Bikes. Pretty Excited! We have a few more shows coming up before the end of the year, check em out in the events section. Pre-tracking for the new record will start right after we wrap up this list of fall shows. Hope all is well, much love. AP-

Hello to our fellow music enthusiasts and open minded folk alike! It’s been one crazy holiday weekend. Between fireworks, friends and some ridiculously fun shows, we have been getting the most of the days in between the dreaded work week. We hope you all have had a lovely weekend as well! What's new you ask? We have been cranking out some new tunes and getting ready to pre-track the next record. We plan to be hitting the studio in late fall so look for new tunes shortly after. We are currently booking dates for the summer and early fall and you can expect to catch a glimpse of what's to come for our next release. Tomorrow night we are jamming with our hometown homies Short of All and A Light in the Attic in support of a friend of ours that will be leaving us to defend our motherland. So come on out and get rowdy with us at Howey's! You can get all the show info at our events page, check it out! Pretty excited for our show a couple weeks later at Chord on Blues with People on Trial and Aivatab. The venue is pretty damn cool and the sound is amazing so come on out and lets pack the joint! We will be throwing out some FREE t-shirts and copies of our most recent release "Live To Be..." so don't miss it! Well, that's it for now, catch you all on the flip side. Much love, enjoy spring!

Spring looks like it's pretty much here. Looking outside makes us excited for the summer! Plenty of cool things going on right now. We have a few shows coming up here in Oswego but for the most part we are laying low and getting some long overdue writing done. We have a good chunk of the next record written but are looking to have three times as many songs to choose from before it's all said and done. If you have been to the past few shows then you have heard a few of the new songs, just a little taste of what we have in store for you all. We plan to pre-record the entire record on our own to make our time in the studio flow and really give us more focus on getting a quality recording. We will be working with Dave Hughes and Eric Nelson once again and look forward to seeing how everything turns out. The Illinois Entertainer just published an album review for our latest release Live To Be.... you can check it out below. That's it for now, stay tuned! Thanks for all your support!
Chicago-based Absolutely Perfect describes its music as “nothing you have ever heard before, yet strangely familiar.” While this sounds like typical self-promotion, these guys have actually nailed it. The band’s second release, the Live To Be . . . , has it serving up six bowls of thick, chunky bass lines with sides of punk rhythms a stew of influences like 311, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Rise Against. The originality, however, comes via vocals, which are too emo to label hard rock but just angsty enough to avoid being written off as another emo band. Carter Moss Illinois Entertainer
